Cloud Seeding is a weather modification technique historically used by private companies who buy and sell services with the intent to increase precipitation in a finite location, i.e. ski resorts, power companies and water districts and agencies.

That technique is being challenged as increasingly concerning methods, materials and outcomes are being revealed.

The ability to breathe clean air is being adulterated by those monetizing our atmosphere.   The “fall out” includes radiation, aluminum chaf, coal fly ash and toxic nano-particles.  Literally every breath we take is a health hazard – and extends to all life forms.   No safety studies, no consent.  What we have relied on for centuries to live – is being altered with some boasting this is a move to terraform earth.   For our benefit or ?  Montanans have consistently provided testimony over the past 4 decades to stop the adulteration of the atmosphere.  Meantime, the radiation and toxicant releases have increased to levels that simply won’t sustain life.  We see it in our own health, that of our animals, plants and wildlife.   It’s time to stop the assaults and thrive. 

Yes.  Montana’s primary statutes addressing clean water and clean air are codified in Title 75 of the Montana Code Annotated (MCA), titled “Environmental Protection.” These laws implement the state’s strong constitutional protections for the environment and align with (but are not limited to) federal Clean Water Act requirements.

IF not us, who?   

Three states have passed legislation and another 30+ are preparing legislation for 2027.   The purpose is consistent – to state that citizens do not consent.   In Montana’s case, it is in our state constitution to protect us with  clean air and water.   This is the UNITED States Of America and citizens are uniting across the country with a clear message to current and future federal policy makers that “we the people” seek an immediate stop to the assaults within our atmosphere. 

Shouldn’t any application of foreign objects dispersed in the skies that rain down us, be proven to be safe with long-term Environmental Impact Studies prior to application?    

Yes, the airspace above 500′ is controlled by the FAA.  Does that mean that they provide accountability and transparency, in real time on air quality?

Do they regulate above the controlled airspace for those experimenting with geo-engineering?    Who monitors the fall out that appears in our atmosphere? 

Do they have jurisdiction over the military experiments?   

The bottom line is IF you believe the assaults are real, then you should support shutting it down.   For all others, the question is, “what’s the harm then” if a law is enacted to shut down?  

Does Montana actually have sovereignty over its ability to keep its waters, land and those that rely on it for life healthy?
